I’ve been going through a serious produce phase… partly because I want to eat healthier, but also because I like to buy things and have substituted buying new clothes with buying produce. Think about it… for a wannabe foodie, perusing baskets of dewy, fresh produce can be just as exciting as browsing at Barneys. A stretch, I know, but I’m on a budget!

So last night, I bought a bunch of radishes. Radishes! Who ever buys radishes?

Cut up those beautiful bad boys into wedges, added it to tuna fish, along with lemon juice, celery, olive oil, parsley and secret spices. Yum, tuna salad!
