Your photos are fun and hopefully now she’ll be persuaded into attempting pâte à choux. I am an old-fashion oil painter and not great with computers, but I like your blog. We’re actually about to go visit my cousin next week in San Fran. My family is french and I grew up in Virginia. I know London and DC, can’t wait to see San Fran. I also like Julia Child’s book because after living in France over 15 years, it was a great help.
