Two rad things have happened lately…
1. I finally bunkered down and purchased that new lens I’ve been salivating over forever – Canon 85mm f 1.8… utterly droolworthy.
2.I’ve been growing my hair out for the past few months and I’m pleased to report that it can basically be considered long now. Woot!
Also, here’s what I wore today:

thanks, joelyne! this was my maiden photographic voyage with the new lens – it’s great and does such beautiful things with the light!
the hat belongs to my fella, but he doesn’t mind so much when i pilfer his style. i don’t borrow this one too often because i feel like it’s best suited on cute 19 y/o NYU students!
